Families will love it here
Great room size and awesome staff who really care. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and the bellmen were super helpful with our bags.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience made it worth it.

The location was fantastic, the courtyard was beautiful, and the price was reasonable. Also, except for the fact that the window did not open, we were happy with the room. We would definitely consider staying there again!
The fact that you could not open the window was our only major complaint. Also, the coffee at breakfast leaves much to be desired.

The hotel is great for enjoying the bourbon st expierence. In the heart of the french area. So as you might expect can be noisey at weekends. A short walk to the river and shopping. Loads of resturants in the area.
Hotel breakfast very poor. Lift frequently breaks down. Smell of cigarettes in a non smoking room. Pool uninviting.

Its proximity to restaurants and other attractions; was able to walk everywhere. Also liked the atmosphere of the hotel, quaint, quiet and with an old european feel to it. We enjjoyed the balcony looking over the street.
Overall decor could have been updated a little while still maintaining that old european feel to it. Also feel the room could have been cleaner. Carpet did not look clean nor did it feel clean while walking on it. Tile floor in bathroom needs to be cleaned under vanity and around toilet better. One of the beds needed a new mattress; it was leaning down towards the right as if a heavier person had slept there and warped the mattress.
